Water Tasting Experience

On Saturday July 25, participants will explore the role of water in coffee and beer. The day begins at 10:30 am with coffee and pastries at Sip Society’s Coffee Education Center in Ravenswood. At noon a 90‑minute behind‑the‑scenes tour of Dovetail Brewery follows, featuring water tastings, three 0.3 L beers, and a welcome pretzel. The event is limited to ten attendees to keep it hands‑on and conversational.

Bike Social & Radler Party

On Sunday July 26, the 3rd Annual Bike Social & Radler Party gathers Chicago riders, makers, and movers for a day of cycling and low‑ABV beer cocktails. After a ride to Dovetail, guests enjoy a special Radler menu, receive complimentary bike water bottles, and can meet local cycling organizations, browse bike‑inspired art, and attend wheel‑truing workshops by Cog Cycles & Yarns. A community gear swap and demos of "Clown Bikes" are also scheduled.
